Terms and conditions:

By making a payment for "Club Membership", you will have an active membership until it is canceled by either the payment not going through or the member wishes to unsubscribe. The payment method used will be charged NOK 300 per year until cancellation. Himmelpartner will store and use the customer's information to contact and inform the customer about news updates in Himmelpartner and to send the customer relevant content by mail.

Resignation:

The member may cancel their club membership at any time either by unregistering on the members' user page or by contacting Himmelpartner. The membership will then be active until the date when the next payment would have been made.

Right of withdrawal:

According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, customers can cancel their purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days. The customer must have contacted Himmelpartner within this period with a desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.
